    Amazon released a new Customer Loyalty Analytics Dashboard. Just WOW! It has a wealth of information in it! This dashboard complements and works together with Brand Tailored Promotions. Amazon gives you 4 segments of customers. Top Tier Customers, Promising Customers, At Risk Customers and Hibernating Customers. For the first 3 segments, Amazon allows (and encourages) you to create a targeted promotion through Brand Tailored Promotions for them, but for Hibernating Customers, Amazon doesn’t give you that ability.
